For me, the best thing is that it comes with a battery, so you can place it anywhere in the house without needing it to be plugged in all the time, which was something that worried me quite a bit. The sensor is quite sensitive, but that's a good thing, as it ensures that the animal always has water. The water remains quite cold for the moment, which is essential so that the animal can always drink. In addition, the container is made of stainless steel, which is a plus because you know it won't get damaged, and at the same time it is quite wide and at the right height, allowing the animal to drink comfortably without having to tilt its head or need to put its head in a tiny container. I am delighted!
It stopped working after 2 weeks, even after changing the filter or cleaning the pump... there's no way.
The drinking fountain arrived without any defects. First, I fully charged it. I placed it in a place where we often walk around to check how long the battery lasts when left on motion sensor mode - two weeks of continuous use and the battery still hasn't run out! I am very pleased with this. At first, the cat completely refused to drink from there - we showed it around, changed the position, but nothing worked. But once I changed the position again, the cat started drinking from there! The sound of the engine doesn't scare him; he keeps drinking until he gets drunk, even if the engine turns on due to a sensor while he's drinking! I am very satisfied with the purchase! He will always have fresh water :)
I ordered the fountain right away. And here are the filters for it. The same ones as in the package of the drinking fountain. They match the dimensions.

The filters received do not look exactly like the photo because there is a semi-circular hole in the middle on the widest edge. This creates a space where water could pass through without being filtered.
