It arrived slightly dented! Unfortunately on the front, too bad. The assembly is not clear. It's not understood if the cap should remain resting. The assembly and the orientation of the various components inside the fountain are not well understood. It's not clear how much it should be filled and I don't understand if the tap leaks little water or if mine is defective 🤔
Quiet, nothing can be heard, works very well, I highly recommend it and for 80 not 250 😵💫.

The water fountain is very useful, the cats enjoy it. This is the second time I've bought the product.
I think I'm going to return it, my cat doesn't even look at it, and the worst part is that you have to have a power outlet nearby, it's not practical, at least in my case.
